Get Out the Vote

Now is the chance for your voice to be heard.

The "Get Out the Vote” project, designed in collaboration with Elaine Harris-Fulton of the Family Support Center, is an effort to raise awareness around the importance of voting in every election. We collaborated with organizations and people such as Community Forge, Gwen’s Girls, Amil Cook student interns from Carnegie Mellon University and many more to create resources and material that community members could use to better inform their community about how important it is to exercise your right to vote.

Wake Up, Vote!

This video was made in collaboration with Gwen’s Girls and Community Forge with a special thanks to Amil Cook, the leader and creator of the chant you hear throughout the video.

Fight Back, Vote!

This video was scripted, illustrated, animated and voiced by Kate Myers a first year student at Carnegie Mellon University and an intern with the Get Out the Vote! project.
